Bingo is one of many activities available to Orchard Estates tenants.
Each apartment at Orchard Estates has a full-size stove and refrigerator, separate bedroom and bathroom, locks on doors, and heat and cooling control. Every room includes an emergency pull-cord, monitored 24/7 by the Long Term Care staff next door.
Monthly rent includes utilities, cable TV service, in-house activities, weekly light housekeeping, maintenance and outdoor parking. An indoor garage stall may be rented for an additional $40 per month.

612 square foot luxury one-bedroom
The B Unit — $940 per month
553 square foot deluxe one-bedroom
The C Unit — $854 per month
497 square foot one-bedroom
The D Unit — $1,132 per month
802 square foot two-bedroom
The E Unit — $1,236 per month
846 square foot luxury two-bedroom
The F Unit — $854 per month
502 square foot handicap one-bedroom
